In February and March 2026, the Geobotany team of the Leibniz University Hannover (LUH) together with the teams of the CENAT, Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR) and Universidad del Valle de Guatemala (UVG) conducted the vegetation monitoring field work in Costa Rica and Guatemala forest case study sites. The field work will continue in April this year, when the remaining restored sites in Costa Rica will be monitored, and the field work in Mexico begin.
